How do I place an order?
  1. At Eluvian you can order online at any time bydirectly adding items to your shopping cart from the product pages. Registration is not mandatory for the ordering process.
  2. Once you added an item to your shopping cart, you can either continue shopping or proceed to ordering you item. You can view the content of your shopping cart at any time during shopping by clicking on the shopping cart link at the top of the screen.
  3. Once you are done shopping, go to the shopping cart and enter/confirm your billing/shipping address.
  4. Finally you will enter your payment details, review your cartand submit your order. Please note any specific instructions for your order in the Order and Delivery Comments field.
  5. When your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with details to your order.
Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, our items are shipped worldwide.

How do I subscribe to receive news about Eluvian?

Please enter your email address in the Newsletter Subscription field at the bottom of the website.

How do I return an item?

Please package your return and all the items that belong to it securely in the original box, the item was sent into.

The product value will be refunded within 14 days after the receipt of the product.

How can I pay?

Eluvian accepts all major credit cards: MasterCard, Visa and American Express, also PayPal, sale on account (only for Germay).

What should I do, if I have additional questions or difficulties with my order?

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes, you will receive an email confirmation at every stage of the ordering process.

An email confirmation is sent immediately once your order is placed. After the order confirmation, you will receive an email with information that your order is shipped.

Can I change my order?

You can send an informal request to change your order to info@eluvian.de. Changes can only be made if we receive the request within 24 hours after the order receipt. Once your order is shipped, no changes can be made.

When will I receive my order?

Please allow up to 1-2 days for full completion of the order process. Once orders are processed, items are usually shipped within 2 business days after payment confirmation.
