If you want to return a purchased item for any reason, you have the right to a full refund.You can exercise this option for fourteen days after receipt of the candle(s).

As long as your cancellation request is sent before the expiration of the fourteen day period, it will be honored.
Effects of withdrawal
Upon a timely refund request, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs at standard delivery rates. We will send this payment within fourteen days of our receipt of the refund request.
The refund will be paid using the same method of payment you selected to pay us.
The refund will only be sent after the candles have been returned to us in the same condition they were received by you.
Our candles are inspected and tested before being shipped. They are securely packed for shipping. Any claimed damage will be subject to our inspection and judgment.
If we ascertain that the damage did not occur in shipping, the refund will reflect the worth of the candle(s) in the condition returned to us.
